Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Store Supervisor, your duties at Mr. Lube + Tires will include:
- Supervising and coordinating a team of 5-10 people.
- Hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for staff.
- Managing inventory, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns.
- Establishing work schedules and assigning sales tasks.
- Planning and developing retail displays and exhibits.
- Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Preparing sales reports and authorizing payments by cheque.
