Main Responsibilities
As a technician with PT Protech Telecom Ltd., your core tasks will include:
- Granting network access and reporting on system performance.
- Troubleshooting user difficulties and researching solutions in technical manuals.
- Setting up hardware, cables, operating systems, and software.
- Performing Web-server backups and recovery operations.
- Maintaining a log of technical problems and solutions.
- Providing business systems, Internet, and customer service support.
- Participating in software and application redesigns.

Requirements & Suitability
