Role Summary & Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:
- Enforcing byelaws and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs).
- Providing advice to traders and resolving site-based complaints.
- Using mobile IT systems to record attendance and manage daily casual licenses.
- Monitoring vehicle loading/unloading to keep public highways clear.
- Inspecting market pitches and reporting health and safety hazards.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to improve market operations.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this role via Government Jobz, you should possess:
- Previous experience in enforcement or issuing FPNs.
- Strong conflict management skills and the ability to handle disputes calmly.
- Physical fitness to work outdoors and walk throughout the trading day.
