Programme Facilitator – Kent, Surrey and Sussex (Ministry of Justice)

Role Overview
As a Programme Facilitator at the Ministry of Justice, you will deliver accredited programs and structured interventions. You will work with individuals subject to Community Orders or those released on licence. Your goal is to help them desist from crime and lead pro-social lives. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver group and individual sessions to people engaging in harmful behavior.
- Work with individuals convicted of domestic abuse, sexual offenses, and violent crimes.
- Travel across the regional area (Kent, Surrey, and Sussex) to deliver programs.
- Report to the Programme Manager within the Interventions Team.
Working Hours & Pay
Starting salary is £26,475. At Government Jobz, we highlight the great benefits of this role, including:
- Evening Work: Essential for this role, attracting a 30% pay premium.
- Saturday Work: Attracts an additional 50% premium.
- Pay Progression: Annual increases through the Competency Based Framework (CBF).
- Travel: Expenses can be claimed for travel between locations.
Eligibility & Visa Requirements
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Please note the following regarding the Skilled Worker Visa:
- This role is generally not eligible for new Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
- Only those who held a Skilled Worker visa prior to 22 July 2025 changes may be considered for sponsorship.
