Your Daily Responsibilities
As a key member of the quality team featured on Government Jobz, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting foreign body audits to ensure total product safety.
- Performing real-time traceability checks during operations.
- Calibrating scales and metal weights for measurement accuracy.
- Evaluating product quality and verifying label compliance.
- Auditing production records and managing lab testing schedules.
- Overseeing the “positive release” process for raw materials and finished goods.
- Conducting GMP audits and CCP verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, Government Jobz notes that candidates should possess:
- Previous QA experience in food manufacturing or a similar field.
- A strong understanding of HACCP principles (Level 2 or higher required).
- Proficiency in Excel and quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and data reporting skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
