Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Technician, your role is vital for safety and quality. According to Government Jobz, your duties include:

• Monitoring and logging HACCP and food safety documentation.
• Maintaining Fire Log Books, Legionella files, and unit thermometers/scales.
• Updating the Training Matrix and coordinating medicals/tick tests.
• Assisting with Quality Control and GMP audits on finished flight products.
• Supporting the Compliance Manager with customer complaint documentation.
• Managing the First Aid Roster and general unit archiving.

Requirements & Skills
