Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist in the implementation of therapeutic programs designed to enhance patient function:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in carrying out treatment plans for community-based clients.
• Help patients practice activities of daily living (ADLs) to increase independence.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations for the clinical team.
• Prepare and maintain therapeutic equipment and clinical spaces.
• Support clients in using assistive devices and adaptive technology.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program or related healthcare support training.
• Experience: Experience in a community practice or clinical rehabilitation setting is highly valued.
