Responsibilities & Tasks

As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for the heart of the kitchen. This role involves:

• Preparing doughs for bread, pies, rolls, and sweet goods.
• Mixing batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, and creating icings.
• Supervising and training a team of 3-4 kitchen staff.
• Ordering materials, equipment, and maintaining inventory.
• Ensuring all products meet high quality and safety standards.
• Operating machinery and inspecting food service areas.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional baking experience.
• Credentials: Baker Trade Certification is required.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to handle heavy loads, and being a reliable team player.
