Core Responsibilities
As an A&W Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the heartbeat of the operation:
- Leadership: Recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve A&W service standards.
- Operations: Managing daily shifts, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining high service speeds.
- Financials: Monitoring and controlling labor, food, and waste costs to meet budget targets.
- Guest Experience: Addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring a “Climate-rich” environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory: Organizing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ordering supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma is required; a college program in hospitality is an asset.
- Certification: Valid Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading financial statements and solving complex operational problems.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Legal: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
