Primary Responsibilities
The Office Manager acts as the administrative backbone of the establishment, overseeing a wide array of tasks:
- Operations Management: Plan and coordinate office services, maintenance, and security.
- Financial Controls: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and operating budgets.
- Staff Leadership: Schedule staff and supervise 1-2 office support personnel.
- Marketing & Sales: Use marketing strategies to promote sales and services.
- Inventory: Maintain inventory reports and budgetary controls.

Candidate Profile
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar office management or supervisory role.
