Strategic Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full operational lifecycle of the restaurant:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing service and kitchen team.
- Performance Management: Conduct reviews, set work schedules, and monitor staff excellence.
- Compliance: Strictly enforce Alberta Food Regulation (AR 31/2006) and health and safety standards.
- Guest Relations: Proactively resolve complaints and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Business Growth: Implement operational procedures and determine the type of services offered (catering, events, etc.).

Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent technical training.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a restaurant leadership role.
