The Opportunity

The Government Jobz team highlights this front-line intake role for Adult Protective Services (APS) and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS). You will be the first point of contact for individuals needing social services, receiving reports of abuse or neglect, and determining eligibility for essential programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews in-home, in-office, or via telephone to assess mental and physical client needs.
• Perform case management and assess the safety of adults and children.
• Develop culturally sensitive treatment plans and provide crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners.

Minimum Qualifications
