Role Summary

The District Manager plans and directs work for multiple social services units. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing regional program goals and managing budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
• Leading project development and evaluating macro-level operations.
• Supervising staff and resolving complex community inquiries.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral/Social Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Two years of experience supervising social work or program delivery staff.
• Administrative Skills: One year of professional experience in budget management or program evaluation.
• License: Valid California Class C Driver License and personal vehicle for frequent county travel.
