District Manager: Department of Aging & Adult Services
Location: San Bernardino County, CA | Salary: $86,028.80 – $118,289.60 Annually
Role Summary
The District Manager plans and directs work for multiple social services units. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing regional program goals and managing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
- Leading project development and evaluating macro-level operations.
- Supervising staff and resolving complex community inquiries.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral/Social Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Two years of experience supervising social work or program delivery staff.
- Administrative Skills: One year of professional experience in budget management or program evaluation.
- License: Valid California Class C Driver License and personal vehicle for frequent county travel.
