Primary Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in clinical efficiency and patient comfort. Your duties will include:
- Chairside Assistance: Assisting the dentist during various clinical procedures and treatments.
- Sterilization: Maintaining strict infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and prepping operatories.
- Radiography: Taking high-quality digital X-rays and intra-oral photos.
- Patient Prep: Preparing patients for treatments and providing post-operative care instructions.
- Lab Support: Taking impressions and performing basic laboratory duties as required.
What You Bring
The successful candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (Level I or II) and hold a valid HARP certification. Experience with dental software (such as Tracker or Cleardent) is a significant asset. NBS is looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
