About the Role
This position supports Rehabilitation Specialists in delivering vital vocational services. You will be the backbone of the office, managing case data and ensuring that consumers receive the medical and diagnostic appointments they need to progress. Primary Responsibilities
- Caseload Support: Create, maintain, and review technical case management files in electronic systems.
- Consumer Intake: Collect essential information during initial interviews and intake processes.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor consumer purchasing processes and prepare financial/statistical reports.
- Coordination: Schedule medical diagnostic exams and manage itineraries for Rehabilitation Specialists.
- Communication: Transcribe correspondence and maintain professional relationships with vendors and consumers.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role via Government Jobz, you should meet these criteria:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalency (GED).
- Experience: 0-2 years of related experience. (Preference given to candidates with 1 year of clerical experience in social services, medical, or mental health fields).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage high-priority tasks under time constraints, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
