Main Responsibilities
As a Cook at Mario’s Kitchen, your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals and individual Canadian cuisine dishes.
- Planning menus, estimating food requirements, and determining portion costs.
- Supervising kitchen staff and helpers, including recruiting and hiring new talent.
- Managing inventory, requisitioning supplies, and maintaining detailed records.
