Main Responsibilities

As a Night Lead found through Government Jobz, your primary focus will be to supervise the night care team. Your duties include:

• Leading and motivating the night staff to provide high-quality waking night cover.
• Ensuring all care and support meets regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Delivering person-centered care for residents, specifically those living with dementia.
• Maintaining accurate digital records using ICT tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Requirements
