Role & Service Overview
As a key member of the multidisciplinary team found via Government Jobz, you will work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses. This lifespan service supports children and adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, forensic histories, and dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and therapies.
- Manage significant community risks and offer forensic expertise.
- Consult with families, carers, and professional systems to address health inequalities.
- Supervise junior psychologists, assistants, and doctoral trainees.
- Lead research and audit projects to drive service development.
What You Need to Apply

- Substantial post-qualification experience in a Learning Disability or similar setting.
- Extensive experience in clinical supervision (minimum 50 hours post-qualification).
