Role Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and patient care for complex needs.
• Manage challenging behaviors with a positive attitude.
• Work on a flexible 24-hour care rota (planned 4 weeks in advance).
• Collaborate with a team to ensure safety and inclusion.

Requirements
