• Daily Living: Helping with cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Community Access: Supporting social outings and local walks.
• Emotional Wellbeing: Building meaningful relationships based on empathy.
• Flexible Rota: Shifts are planned 4 weeks in advance (07:00-22:00 or Sleep-ins).
