• Electrical: Lighting, fault-finding, emergency lighting tests, and control panels.
• Mechanical: BMS monitoring, pumps, motors, and fire damper maintenance.
• Water Hygiene: Water flushing, temperature logs, and boosted water pumps.
• Compliance: Maintaining site logbooks, managing sub-contractors, and permits to work.
• Client Facing: Attending meetings and providing professional technical updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrically or Mechanically (Level 2 or 3).
• Must hold City & Guilds 18th Edition.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to perform multi-skilled fabric and plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets).
