About the Role

As a manager with Carr Gomm, you will lead the L&D strategy for rural care services. You will design training programs, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills. You should have experience in social care L&D and the ability to manage multiple projects.
