The Role & Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will lead the setup of a new residential home, ensuring a safe and aspirational environment for children. Key duties include:
- Managing daily operations and Ofsted registration.
- Leading and training staff, including rota and supervision management.
- Ensuring compliance with Children’s Home Regulations and Reg 44 audits.
- Developing personalized care plans and acting as the Safeguarding Lead.
- Budget management and health and safety oversight.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be working towards it).
- Proven leadership experience in children’s residential settings.
- Deep knowledge of the Children’s Act and safeguarding protocols.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
