Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Research and prioritize business needs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process Modelling: Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflows to support better decision-making.
• Gap & Impact Analysis: Identify dependencies and evaluate the financial and technical implications of changes.
• Benefit Analysis: Ensure the programme delivers maximum value and aligns with government outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders to maintain a shared vision for the Civil Service estate.
• Solution Design: Contribute to business systems that support the program’s target operating model.
