Primary Responsibilities
Whether you join the PMO or a specialized functional team (HR, Digital, or Finance), your role at Government Jobz will involve:
- Resourcing & Recruitment: Leading team resourcing, writing job specs, and managing recruitment tasks via Eploy.
- RAID Management: Tracking Risks, Issues, Assumptions, and Dependencies to ensure project health.
- Financial Control: Monitoring project spending and assisting with budget compilations and business cases.
- Team Leadership: Line managing Executive Officers and supervising information management.
- Planning & Reporting: Utilizing tools like MS Planner to track actions and prepare performance statistics.
