Role & Responsibilities

A Psychiatric Nurse at the County of Sacramento performs professional nursing duties focused on mentally ill and emotionally disturbed patients. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide diagnosis and integrated treatment planning.

Key Duties Include:

• Providing professional nursing care and administering medications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensure: Possession of a current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
• Certification: Must obtain and maintain a valid CPR certificate.

• Background: Successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprinting.
