Role Responsibilities

As the Team Leader for Inclusive Learning at UHI Moray, you will be responsible for managing a service that anticipates and meets the diverse needs of students. Your impact through Government Jobz will include:

• Leading the Inclusive Learning Team to develop high-quality learner support services.
• Providing support for students with disabilities, health issues, or medical conditions.
• Producing Personal Learning Support Plans (PLSPs).
• Recommending reasonable adjustments to ensure full educational access.
• Creating a proactive and responsive inclusive learning environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• An HNC level qualification (or equivalent) OR at least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong proactive leadership skills and the ability to manage a specialized team.
