Key Responsibilities & Shift Details
As a Production Operator at Lauzon, you will play a vital role in transforming Canadian timber into world-renowned hardwood flooring. Your duties include performing production tests, making machine adjustments, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with electromechanics for repairs and optimizations.
Work Schedule: This role operates on a weekly alternating schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday (3:45 PM – 2:15 AM) — Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week!
