Key Responsibilities
- Manage project life cycles from conception to final implementation.
- Supervise staff and coordinate with federal, local, and private stakeholders.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and procurement procedures.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure deliverables are met.
- Develop new policies and facilitate end-user testing.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
