Primary Job Duties

As an Engineering Geologist, you will evaluate geologic conditions and technical reports to ensure public safety. According to the listing on Government Jobz, your core duties include:

  • Inspecting active and idle mines for regulatory compliance.
  • Reviewing geotechnical and mining reports for construction projects.
  • Evaluating seismic hazards, slope stability, and erosion control.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Three (3) years of professional work in engineering geology or geotechnical engineering.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
