Role Summary & Duties
As a Human Resources Specialist IV, you will handle complex HR problems and provide vital advisory services to management. Your focus will be on labor relations and conducting thorough investigations to ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
To qualify through Government Jobz, applicants must meet the following standards:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Specialized Experience: 2.5 years of professional HR work (recruitment, classification, employee relations, etc.).
- Labor Relations (Selective Certification): At least 1 year of the experience must involve collective bargaining, grievance adjustments, or interpreting labor contracts.
- Legal: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the United States.
