The Role & Responsibilities
As the Business Planning & Treasury Manager, you will secure the long-term financial health of NCHA. Key duties listed on Government Jobz include:
- Financial Strategy: Creating 30-year business plans and stress-testing financial scenarios.
- Treasury Management: Handling cashflow forecasting, lender compliance, and daily cash management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Completing FFRs and Quarterly Finance Surveys for the Regulator of Social Housing.
- Corporate Finance: Managing intercompany loans, valuations, and property security databases.
Requirements & Skills
NCHA is looking for a qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) who matches the values found in top United Kingdom UK jobs. You should have:
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
