Work Schedule & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
- Assign duties, establish work schedules, and manage staff training.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate databases and manage inventory levels.
- Recruit and manage team performance effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
