Minimum Qualification Requirements
To qualify for this position at Government Jobz, candidates must meet these standards:
- Education: High school graduation or equivalent. Work experience demonstrating high-level verbal or reading comprehension skills may be substituted.
- Specialized Experience: Five (5) years of work in facilities management, skilled trades (construction/maintenance), procurement of equipment, or capital improvement planning.
- Supervisory Aptitude: Applicants must show potential for leadership through past assignments, training, or supervisor appraisals.
- Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license is mandatory to operate motor vehicles for this role.

Educational Substitutions
