Hours: 14 Hours per week (Weekends Only)

Job Description
The Yorkshire Trading Company is a successful family-run business with 36 stores across the North. This role is perfect for college students or anyone needing flexible weekend work. You will help the team provide high-class customer service and maximize sales at the Northallerton location through Government Jobz.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized store.
- Help customers find exactly what they need.
- Process sales quickly using the Epos till system (training provided).
- Learn about products to explain their benefits to shoppers.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and merchandising.
Requirements
According to Government Jobz, while previous retail experience is a plus, it is not essential as full training is given. You just need:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A friendly, confident, and helpful personality.
- A focus on great customer service.
Pay Rates & Benefits
Stay updated with the latest wage standards on Government Jobz. The current hourly rates for this role are:
- Age 21+: £12.21
- Age 18-20: £10.00
- Age 16-17: £7.55
