Key Responsibilities

As an HR Administrator, you will provide confidential support to the HR Manager. Roles featured on Government Jobz involve high levels of responsibility, including:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing CVs, scheduling interviews via Outlook, and conducting right-to-work and reference checks.
  • Induction Management: Organizing IT forms, probationary meetings, and training requests for new starters.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Handling exit interviews, leaver paperwork, and responding to reference requests.
  • Documentation: Managing absence logs, return-to-work forms, and years of service trackers.
  • Systems & GDPR: Keeping HR systems updated with personal and contractual changes while ensuring GDPR-compliant filing.

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this position found via Government Jobz, you will need:

  • Essential experience in HR administration or a similar process-driven role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include regular social events and a professional work environment. Standard hours are Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:00 and Friday 08:30–15:45.
