About the Role

As a Police Aide II listed on Government Jobz, you will represent the City of Stockton at community events, promote crime awareness, and handle non-hazardous police tasks. This position requires you to secure full-time employment with the department within 24 months of hire.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assisting with community relations, school safety, and family concerns.
  • Participating in parades, recruitment, and special police projects.
  • Writing investigative reports for non-criminal incidents like thefts and identity theft.
  • Performing specialized parking enforcement and citation data entry.
  • Operating two-way radios and standard office software.
