Core Responsibilities
- Supervise the cleaning team and participate in cleaning tasks when necessary.
- Deliver essential training on PPE, COSHH, and Colour Coding protocols.
- Lead monthly “Tool Box Talks” to maintain safety standards.
- Manage the Risk Register and report all hazards or “Near Misses” immediately.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, material distribution, and PPE usage.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
