Salary: $114,712.00 – $227,843.20 Annually

Primary Job Responsibilities
As a Workers’ Compensation Attorney at San Bernardino County, you will handle a large caseload with minimal supervision. Your duties include:
- Analyzing complex legal and factual issues.
- Drafting pleadings, compromise and release agreements, and trial briefs.
- Conducting depositions and cross-examining physicians.
- Representing the County before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
- Providing expert guidance to Risk Management claim partners.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have an Active membership with the California Bar Association and the following experience:
- Level II: 12 months of workers’ comp attorney experience.
- Level III: 30 months of workers’ comp attorney experience.
- Level IV: 48 months of workers’ comp attorney experience.
