Main Responsibilities
Working alongside experienced repairers, your daily tasks will include:
- Cleaning and clearing out vacant housing units.
- Scrubbing, repairing, or replacing appliances and fixtures.
- Repairing sheetrock, doors, windows, and floor tiles.
- Installing light fixtures and outlets.
- Painting units to prepare them for new residents.
Qualifications & Schedule
