Electrical Installations Technician – Cumbernauld

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year + Excellent Benefits
Location: Cumbernauld (On-site)
Working Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week, Mon-Fri, Early Friday finish)

Role Summary
Joining Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited, you will serve the Cumbernauld area, delivering and installing electrical equipment for commercial clients. As featured on Government Jobz, this role includes site calibration, fault diagnosis, and workshop repairs. You will also participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota for emergencies.
Job Responsibilities
- On-site equipment installation and calibration.
- Diagnosing faults and conducting monitoring visits.
- Making electrical repairs and testing equipment in the workshop.
- Ensuring service vehicles are clean and well-equipped.
- Handling equipment collections at the end of hire terms.
Candidate Requirements

- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- Experience with machinery control circuits and voltage/current measurements.
- Knowledge of single-phase and 3-phase electrical motors.
- Physical fitness for lifting and comfort working at height.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
