Job Requirements
To qualify for this position on Government Jobz, you must meet one of the following:
- Two years of full-time experience with the City of Los Angeles as a helper to a Cement Finisher.
- Two years of full-time experience in placing and finishing concrete outside of city employment.
- Driver’s License: Some departments require a valid Class A, B, or C license and a clean driving record.
Selection & Testing Process
The selection process consists of a 100% Multiple-Choice Test administered online. Government Jobz recommends reviewing topics such as concrete mixtures, safety focus, math, and tool usage. The test is scheduled for late June 2026.
