MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily pub operations with the following key responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Supervise staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory levels and supplies
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
