MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
The Accommodation Services Manager will oversee daily operations with the following key duties:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff for the accommodation facility
- Supervise staff and manage team performance
- Perform front desk duties and guest services
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
