Key Information: This is a training engagement. Selection is based solely on the marks obtained in the CA/CMA Intermediate examination. Completion of training does not guarantee a job at CIL[citation:10].
Selection Criteria:
- Merit ranking based on percentage of marks in CA/CMA Inter (both groups).
- Posting is based on merit and the order of company preference you provide.
- Preference is given to Land Owners and wards of CIL/subsidiary employees as per the scheme[citation:10].
