What You Will Do
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will execute recruitment programs to build a talent pipeline for the City’s civil service. Your duties include:
- Building relationships with schools, professional networks, and community groups.
- Designing and managing recruitment events and community outreach.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor hiring practices to improve City hiring goals.
- Maintaining recruitment data and preparing written recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this role through Government Jobz, you must meet these standards:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 3 years of HR experience focused on strategic talent sourcing and acquisition.
- License: A valid driver’s license (Type 3/automobile) is required.
- Physical: Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for up to 4 hours during events.
