Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phones and provide policy information to the public.
• Coordinate payroll documents, timesheets, and invoices.
• Assist the Fire Chief with social media updates and website changes.
• Inventory and order supplies for three fire stations.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide administrative support during Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Three (3) years of responsible administrative or secretarial work. Experience in fire service is highly desirable.
• Education: High school diploma plus college-level coursework in business or a related field.
• Certifications: Ability to obtain ICS and NIMS certifications within 6 months.
