Compensation & Work Conditions

• Available Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, and Weekends
• Workplace Location: On-site only at 3050 King George BLVD, Surrey, BC, V4P 1A2 (No remote option available)
• Work Site Environment: Motor vehicles, noisy, dusty, and prone to odours

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will manage various daily management and operational duties:

• Direct, control, and evaluate daily business operations.
• Plan and control corporate budgets as well as stock inventory.
• Hire, train, and supervise company staff members.
• Address customer complaints or claims with professional customer service.
• Respond effectively to employee questions and internal complaints.
• Clean, maintain workspace, and make minor repairs to vehicles.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clear scraps, dirt, and heavy debris.
• Test drive client vehicles for proper handling verification.
• Plan repair work to be performed and inspect repaired vehicles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Preference: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience Level: 3 years to less than 5 years of related work experience
• Area of Expertise: Interior components and body components
• Travel/Safety Checks: Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record check (abstract), and criminal record check required.
• Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding tasks.
• Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent judgement, highly organized, reliable, team player, strong initiative, accurate, and dependable.
