Responsibilities & Tasks
The Child Management Specialist develops home-based intervention programs. Key duties include:
- Conducting behavioral and developmental assessments for children.
- Designing individualized skill-teaching and behavioral programs.
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (Social Workers, Speech Therapists, etc.).
- Participating in the Intensive Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program.

Qualifications Needed
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- License: Valid Class V driver’s license and access to a private vehicle.
