Key Responsibilities
The Supervisor is the bridge between management and field operations, ensuring 24/7 client satisfaction:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor cleaning staff in job duties and safety protocols.
- Operational Oversight: Establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities across different departments.
- Quality Control: Inspect sites regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness meet TornadoBMC’s “sterling reputation.”
- Resource Management: Recommend additional services (painting, repairs) and manage equipment/supplies.
- Hands-on Support: Assist cleaners in performing duties when necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Suitability
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with COSHH and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) is highly valued.
